General Policy
Total Traffic Pro.com general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Total Traffic Pro.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Members access to any or all services provided by Total Traffic Pro.com if Total Traffic Pro.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Total Traffic Pro.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend,We do accept sites,banners or ads from Click Sure or Click Bank with exit pages.
No Marijuana Sites or links to them,No paid to promote sites.
We Use A Double Opt-In Process For New Accounts,Click The Activation Link In The Welcome Email,Check Your Spam Folder
FRAUD - If Total Traffic Pro.com even have the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat Total Traffic Pro.com your account will be terminated immediately!
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted,Only Two (2) sites with the same domain (URL) we be accepted.
Click Bank And Click Sure Sites,banners or ads Will Not Be Accepted.
No ROTATORS Allowed at this time.
Account Cash&Commissions
Any Account cash or commissions earned must be used or spent inside this Traffic Exchange for Upgrading your Membership account, purchasing advertising banner ads, featured ads, sponsor ads, text ads and PTC ads.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Members accounts according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Total Traffic Pro.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Total Traffic Pro.com policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their accounts immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Total Traffic Pro.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Total Traffic Pro.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Total Traffic Pro.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Total Traffic Pro.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Total Traffic Pro.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Total Traffic Pro.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Total Traffic Pro.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
